Here at One 6 Three, we have a simple theory: add more bacon.
We use bacon on five of our pizzas, three of our small plates, and one of our house-made sauces. Heck, we even have a whole segment of the menu dedicated to that buttery, crispy, heavenly meat. We go through at least seventy pounds of bacon a week. (That’s one big-ole, delicious pig.)

The bacon is the star in one of our most beloved pizzas on the menu: The Hannibal. How can I describe the Hannibal? The Hannibal is like making snow angels in a pile of salted meat. It is like running through a field of wildflowers, except the flowers are five varieties of meat and instead of running, you are actually just eating. The Hannibal is like falling in love. You get all tingly and warm and happy and you just know you’ve made the right choice.
The Hannibal is not a pizza for the faint of heart. We top our homemade dough with hand-crushed tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, bacon, pepperoni, grandma’s meatballs, hot sausage, and salami.
